Just saw Iran Promises 'Burning Hell' for Any Aggressor and N.Korea Says It Has Nuclear Arms, Spurns Talks. Looks like the world woke up on the wrong side of bed.

Well, it shouldn't be any surprise.
It's inevitable that following the example set over the last few years by Certain Parties Who Shall Remain Nameless (and also as part of a kind of "Stupidity Domino Effect"), macho posturing and sabre-rattling (with occasional actual sabre-slashing) have replaced diplomacy and reasoned discussion as the currency of international relations.
