OPTION C: Pinky and the Brain, Volume 1
All the zaniness of Animaniacs, the megalomaniacal mouse we all identify with, and the incessent theme music which will be stuck in her head for weeks.

I have both Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain. My GF enjoyed both, but prefers The Tick over all my other anime/cartoon DVDs (which ain't much of a selection).
I recommend B (or C)

B. I remember getting up early on Saturday mornings just to watch Animaniacs. I bought Volume 1 and 2 for my dad for Christmas this year and he's gotten a total kick out of re-watching 'em. :)

Animaniacs. The songs are hilarious, but you can't get them out of your head.

Hmmm, I guess I'm going to have to netflix B! I really liked A at the start. Something for everyone. They keep having to invent bigger and bigger bad guys to defeat Himera, so the later versions get a bit crazy. But even there they weave a good story.

The answer to that question started out completely different until I read the post body ;-)
B!!!

Both are good choices, but if you're going for torture my vote is for Samurai X. Animaniacs are great and yes, you can't get the songs out of your head. But, unless your girlfriend is aq clone of Uma Thurman in Kill Bill I'm thinking she'll hate you for making her sit through all of Samurai X.

HELLLLLO NURSE!!!
I would have to vote for Option B! This is only because I have that one and I tortured my wife as she sat through me watching them. And I still have Pinky and the brain in my unwatched pile of DVDs... {insert evil laugh here}
